International Association of Chiefs of Police The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) is the world’s largest and most influential professional association for police leaders. With more than 30,000 members in 150 countries, the IACP is a recognized leader in global policing since 1893.

Local 49 A union that represents public employees and a few law enforcement agencies. 
Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA) MCCA is a professional association of Chiefs and Sheriffs representing the largest cities in the United States and Canada. MCCA membership is comprised of Chiefs and Sheriffs of the sixty-nine largest law enforcement agencies in the United States and nine largest in Canada. 
Major County Sheriffs Association The Major County Sheriffs of America (MCSA) is a professional law enforcement association of elected sheriffs representing counties or parishes with 500,000 population or more. 
Minnesota 100 Club Local group of Minneapolis businesses who provide instant relief and aid to surviving families of police officers who were killed in the line of duty. 
Minnesota Asian Peace Officers Association MNAPOA consists of licensed Minnesota law enforcement officers who are primarily from Asia, Southeast Asia, or are of Asian descendants. 
MN Association of Injured Peace Officers This association provides mentors for injured officers in effort to help guide them through their recovery process. 
MN Association of Women Police This association supports women who serve as officers on Minnesota police/sheriff's departments. 
MN Chief's Associations The MN Chief's Association hosts training and guidance to law enforcement leaders. 
MN Conservation Officers Association (MCOA) The association that serves Dept. of Natural Resources Conservation Officers. 
MN FOP (Fraternal Order of Police) The Minnesota Fraternal Order of Police includes 22 lodges throughout the state. Membership includes police specific benefits. 
MN Law Enforcement Explorer Association This association provides training for Police Explorers (High school aged people interested in pursuing the law enforcement profession. 
MN Police & Peace Officers Association A non profit organization that represents most MN police officers and lobbies for laws of interest at the state and federal level. 
MN Police Reserve Officer Association This association provides training to Police Reserves (Adults who volunteer to assist police when needed.) 
MN Sheriff's Associations The MN Sheriff's Association hosts training and guidance to law enforcement leaders. 
MN State Patrol Trooper's Association This group represents the MN State Troopers as their union. 
National Sheriffs Association Since 1940, the National Sheriffs Association is a professional association dedicated to serving the Office of Sheriff and its affiliates through law enforcement education and training. NSA represents thousands of sheriffs, deputies and other law enforcement and public safety professionals. 
Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis This is the federation for the officers of the Minneapolis Police Department. 
Professional Law Enforcement Assistants Association (PLEAA) PLEAA is an association of Administrative Assistants and records staff from MN Police Departments and Sheriffs Departments. They provide training to this group twice a year.  
St Paul Police Federation This is the federation for the officers of the St. Paul Police Department. 
St. Paul Police K-9 Foundation The St. Paul Police K-9 Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports the St. Paul Police K-9 Unit. 
Suburban Law Enforcement Association The Suburban Law Enforcement Association (SLEA) was formed in 1937 as a non-profit fraternal group of law enforcement officers serving the Twin Cites Metropolitan area in Minnesota.  
Teamsters A union that represents public employees and a few law enforcement agencies.

MN CIT Officers Association The Crisis Intervention Team Association provides training and awareness at incidents of persons struggling with mental illness. 
MN Crime Prevention Association (MCPA) The association that serves Crime Prevention Officers throughout MN. 
MN High Tech Crime Investigation Association HTCIA provides training and information sharing among innvestigators dedicated to Digital Forensics. 
MN Juvenile Officers Association This association provides training to Juvenile and School Resource Officers. 
MN Sex Crimes Investigators Association (MNSCIA) This association provides training to investigators who's duties include investigating sex crimes. 
SOTA - Special Operations Training Association The Special Operation Training Association provides specialized continuing education in the SWAT and tactical areas.

The Emerald Society of Minnesota This non-profit organization focuses on raising funds that directly support the families of fallen officers in the state of Minnesota. We thank them for their service. 
Thin Blue Line Memorial Vehicle The Thin Blue Line Memorial Vehicle is the squad car of North Saint Paul Officer Richard Crittenden (killed in line of duty on 9/7/2009). This vehicle is used in parades to remind people of the sacrifices police officers make to protect their communities.
